Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León
Summary:
- This role focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with key retail partners driving business growth through innovative One to One and One to Many solutions.
Major duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure annual sales plan
- Execute regular interactions with Retail Key Accounts to increase sales, build and cultivate strong relationships through:

- Develop Annual Operating Plans for the Retail Segment and individual Key Account Plans for each account.
- Execute strategies for Retention, Acquisition, Penetration, and Innovation with major Retail partners.
- Review and negotiate Fill Rate penalties.
- Promote product penetration and new product innovation.
- Retail Key Accounts portal management.
- Validation of customer´s monthly forecast.
- Regularly update sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Communicate and update product price increase and assure execution.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and Marketing background.
- Extensive retail sales experience managing accounts such as Soriana, Sam's Club, Costco, HEB, and Walmart.
- Previous work with companies like Zaachila, Ventura Foods, La Pocima, Nestlé, and Unilever.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, reporting, and scorecards. Microsoft Office, Power Point .
- English as second language desirable.
