Position: Key Account Manager

 

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León

 

Summary:

 

  • This role focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with key retail partners driving business growth through innovative One to One and One to Many solutions​.

 

Major duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure annual sales plan
  • Execute regular interactions with Retail Key Accounts to increase sales, build and cultivate strong relationships  through:
    • Develop Annual Operating Plans for the Retail Segment and individual Key Account Plans for each account.
    • Execute strategies for Retention, Acquisition, Penetration, and Innovation with major Retail partners.
    • Review and negotiate Fill Rate penalties.
    • Promote product penetration and new product innovation.
    • Retail Key Accounts portal management.
    • Validation of customer´s monthly forecast.
  • Regularly update sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
  • Communicate and update product price increase and assure execution.

 

Knowledge and Experience:

 

  • Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and Marketing background.
  • Extensive retail sales experience managing accounts such as Soriana, Sam's Club, Costco, HEB, and Walmart.
  • Previous work with companies like Zaachila, Ventura Foods, La Pocima, Nestlé, and Unilever.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, reporting, and scorecards. Microsoft Office, Power Point .
  • English as second language desirable.
