Today Griffith Foods Europe has a vacancy for a talented Principal Food Technologist with experience in protein/meat technology. 

 

Your Role:

  • Develop new products for our targeted customers  
  • Create innovative functional seasonings, sauces & coating systems for protein-based substrates 
  • Be the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe 
  • Develop presentations, organise and execute workshops in cooperation with sales and marketing 
  • Conduct raw material evaluations

Your Profile: 

  • Master/bachelor in Food Science or Technology with min. 3 years of experience in meat processing.
  • If not complying with degree, a candidate with a proven track record in meat processing is  also eligible
  • Language skills: fluent in English and Italian
  • Computer skills: MS Office 
  • Culinary experience is a plus

You Are: 

  • Passionate about food 
  • Strong team player and able to work independently on product development projects 
  • Self-confident and enthusiastic in presenting product concepts to customers 
  • Creative, efficient and well-organised  
  • Flexible in willing to travel within Europe to support our customers with the application of our products in their factories
