Today Griffith Foods Europe has a vacancy for a talented Principal Food Technologist with experience in protein/meat technology.
Your Role:
- Develop new products for our targeted customers
- Create innovative functional seasonings, sauces & coating systems for protein-based substrates
- Be the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe
- Develop presentations, organise and execute workshops in cooperation with sales and marketing
- Conduct raw material evaluations
Your Profile:
- Master/bachelor in Food Science or Technology with min. 3 years of experience in meat processing.
- If not complying with degree, a candidate with a proven track record in meat processing is also eligible
- Language skills: fluent in English and Italian
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Culinary experience is a plus

- Passionate about food
- Strong team player and able to work independently on product development projects
- Self-confident and enthusiastic in presenting product concepts to customers
- Creative, efficient and well-organised
- Flexible in willing to travel within Europe to support our customers with the application of our products in their factories
