Position Overview
Got Sales Skills? 
Position available for a full-time kitchen design salesperson.  Qualified, experienced applicate will have the opportunity to work at our new, top design showroom on Kauai. Selling multiple kitchen cabinet lines, appliances and flooring products. Kitchen cabinet design sales experience is a must. Good communication skills are required, along with excellent presentation and proficiency in 2020 design software. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter that is looking to build a career and be compensated well in kitchen design sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners.
  • Develops and delivers sales presentations for new and existing customers using 2020 Design Software.
  • Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships
  • Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale.
  • Attend and participate in company training sessions and essential vendor trainings as needed.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners.
  • We are seeking someone with effective and skillful communication skills, negotiation, and computer skills along with the drive and passion to succeed.

  • At least two years of previous experience in Sales in kitchen cabinet design and sales.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Requirements
  • After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
