Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Strategy: Understand user needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to craft business plans and product strategies. Contribute to the overall company product portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with R&D to align user requirements with product features and ensure timely and efficient product development.
• Operational Alignment: Partner with Operations to facilitate seamless product introductions, ensuring readiness across processes, competencies, and delivery.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Drive value propositions, pricing strategies, and marketing activities to maximize product impact in the marketplace.
• Support Sales: Collaborate with Sales to develop positioning, pricing, and training materials while engaging with lead accounts to secure adoption.
• Ensure Commercial Success: Monitor product performance, profitability, and competitive landscape, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

About You
You’re a “mini-CEO” for your product, making impactful decisions while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution sets you apart.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of product management or product design experience, with expertise in eClinical Solutions.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences - technical, non-technical, and business leaders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with independence and sound judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Background managing complex products in large portfolios.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial metrics within product management.
• Established relationships with lead customers and internal stakeholders.
