What You’ll Do:
As a Business Systems Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our Certinia PSA environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems align with business needs and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Certinia PSA, including access, configurations, updates, and integrations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Certinia-related technical issues.
• Documenting systems and processes in alignment with business requirements.
• Partnering with business units to understand their processes and identify IT-driven improvements.
• Supporting cross-platform governance, ensuring data and workflows remain accurate and efficient.
• Delivering timely, high-quality solutions to support business unit goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least three years of hands-on experience with Certinia applications.
• Certifications in Certinia PSA/ERP and Salesforce Administration (preferred).
• Strong self-leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in process mapping, system documentation, and stakeholder management.
