The Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive domestic business development go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

• Partner closely with the CEO, COO, and EVPs and their team of Account CEOs to ensure tight alignment and a seamless customer experience.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide feedback and recommendations to the senior management.

• Use of own network in aiding in opening new markets/opportunities.

• Approve the local validity/likelihood of “winning” any new business opportunities, RFI/RFP/RFx responses.

• Drive thought leadership across the vertical as well as across the broader, global Business Development organization.

• Manage and mentor a team of business development managers and analysts, and provide them with guidance, support, and performance evaluation.

• Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the domestic business development activities, results, and challenges to the senior management and the board of directors.

• Collaborate and coordinate with other senior leaders and departments across the organization to ensure alignment and synergy of the domestic business development initiatives with the overall business objectives and operations.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, and promote the company's brand and reputation.

The Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or an MBA is preferred.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the BPO industry, with at least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role.

• Business development pipeline should be greater than 12 million dollars annualized.

• A proven track record of successfully developing and executing domestic business development strategies and achieving revenue and growth targets.

• A strong leadership presence, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach a diverse and high-performing team.

• A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and leverage market opportunities, trends, and best practices.

• A customer-centric and value-driven approach, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the country and occasionally abroad.
