Position Summary:
Responsible for providing industry-leading customer service while meeting the quality and schedule expectations of the company’s customers. Provides advice and supports to business owners regarding advertising on the internet. Retain and grow ad spend of assigned MSFT Advertising advertisers from the time they book a MSFT Ad Studio ad campaign through the end of their first full quarter (max 180 days)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in MSFT ad products, effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client.
- Perform ad sales (craft outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, advise on marketing strategies, respond to and negotiate RFPs, create media plans, overcome objections) to both warm and cold prospects.
- Deliver best-in-partners. Uncover & drive strategy for MSFT clients: Lead sales calls, campaign reviews, and recurring check business needs, make recommendations and influence budget allocation in a broad marketing mix. Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data, historical findings and relevant research that show the value of MSFT ads.
- Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how MSFT advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation.
- Consult with and be a trusted advisor to MSFT clients on their branding and direct response objectives providing them with onboarding services and optimization strategies, including upsells and selling through new product features, budgets for the advantage of MSFT.
- Work independently managing full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Responsible for identifying leads and sales openings, making a connection, and onboarding new advertising prospects to MSFT Ad Studio.
- Utilize sales technology stack in order to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and work cross functionally as needed to resolve value proposition, news, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Identify and liaise with all relevant client stakeholders, including identifying and onboarding new decision makers and contacts from your assigned client accounts.
- Meet and exceed advertising revenue and activity quota/targets.

Job Requirements:
- At least High School graduate
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience with at least 6 months sales background preferred
- With solid Sales background experience at least 6 months (Sales representatives, car sales agents, life insurance agents, etc.)
