Compensation
- Base: $80,000 - $90,000 / Annual
- Bonus: 20% Target Bonus
- Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $96,000 - $108,000.
- Equity: This role is not eligible for equity opportunities, awards or grants.

Position Overview
Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to support and develop a range of marketing initiatives and programs. This newly created role will be integral in shaping and implementing a range of marketing campaigns designed to create new and enhance existing connections with our customers.

The Marketing Manager will have the drive and experience to make an impact by delivering key content and messaging through a range of marketing channels while driving customer engagement and conversion. This individual must be a self-starter, possess excellent follow-through skills and have the ability to work well within a team. To be successful in this position, the optimal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional B2B and/or B2C marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, familiarity with Dynamics CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business goals
- Proactively manage end-to-end direct marketing specific projects
- Oversee the creation of a range of marketing materials and content
- Further develop and enhance the company brands
- Utilize marketing tools and CRM to deploy highly effective customer campaigns
- Develop and manage the customer marketing database, opt-in/opt-out, preference centers, etc.
- Monitor strategic KPIs and key digital metrics
- Stay current on marketing and digital marketing/media developments and technology changes
- Effectively communicate and provide frequent updates to the Marketing Team and leadership

Requirements
- Proven work experience in executing marketing/digital marketing campaigns (minimum of 3 years)
- Practical working knowledge of marketing and digital marketing best practices
- Experience with customer databases and database management within CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
