Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree along with 2 years of work experience in a customer service or account manager role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills (experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
