What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Success: Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve targets.
- Expand Our Reach: Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities continuously.
- Clinical Support: Provide crucial support during procedures and follow-up patient care as needed.
- Grow Our Business: Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts, building on our established base.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Area Director and the Product Development team to achieve corporate sales goals and share market insights.
- Stay Connected: Attend industry trade shows and events, and keep abreast of industry news and trends.
- Manage Your Territory: Track customer activity and ensure compliance with access requirements for hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Excel in the OR: Provide outstanding support in the operating room environment.

A little about yourself:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Specific knowledge and sales experience in cardiac and thoracic fields are highly preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record with sales quota achievement.
- Technical Skills: Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for personal interaction.
- Problem-Solver: You excel at troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Driven: Confident, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Travel Ready: Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and location.
- Language: Fluent in English.
