Position Overview
As a Technical Product Manager at Aline, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and engineering execution, ensuring that our SaaS solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical capabilities that drive product innovation and customer success.
This role is for problem solvers who love tackling complex technical challenges. Whether it’s optimizing API integrations, scaling infrastructure for rapid growth, or leveraging AI to automate workflows, you will play a key role in ensuring that Aline’s platform remains cutting-edge.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and integrations. This role requires technical fluency, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the technical product lifecycle, ensuring alignment between engineering execution and business objectives.
- Define technical product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that enhance scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop APIs, data models, system integrations, and automation.
- Conduct technical research and feasibility analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Work with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to drive high-quality releases and minimize technical debt.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on technical products, platforms, or APIs.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development, system architecture, or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or healthcare technology industries preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, data modeling, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI, automation, or third-party integrations is a plus.
