Position Overview
As a Director, Product Management you will lead the CRM Product Management team overseeing Aline’s Sales & Marketing CRM product portfolio and ensure product roadmaps are developed and implemented to address key requirements and business goals; develop the strategy to enhance process improvements and drive performance and efficiency; and regularly meet with team members and customers to understand key issues and opportunities and what is needed from the product.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team that is tasked with enhancing product value, developing new features and benefits, improving product performance, improving the customer experience, testing / researching new innovations and managing the product lifecycle from start to finish
- Works with leadership team to create product plans and roadmaps
- Ensures team’s activities are advancing key metrics and products and releases are launched correctly and on scheduled basis
- Gathers and analyzes feedback from partners and prospects, sales and marketing, operations, senior housing industry trends and insights to determine product strategy, roadmap, and priorities
- Leads the execution of consumer research and competitive intelligence to further support the rationale for product strategy
- Develops product briefs, business cases, product requirement documents, use cases and customer stories for new features
- Supports Business Development and Account Management in sales efforts with prospects and partners
- Manages product lifecycle including ensuring roadmap supports profitability
- Partners with marketing team to establish product positioning and key messaging
- Collaborates with the Support Team whenever necessary to expedite issue resolution.
- Refines and manages the evolution of Product Management processes
- Serves as a team leader and coach
Qualifications
- Increased levels of responsibility for product management or product development
- Experience in developing digital products and solutions that encompass mobile and web
- Proven track record of 7+ years of new product development, implementation & management
- Familiarity with Agile framework
