Position Overview

As a Product Manager at Aline, you will play a key role in developing and executing product strategies that drive our SaaS platform forward. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

We are looking for someone who is customer-driven, analytical, and eager to take ownership of products that impact the senior living industry. You’ll have the opportunity to shape product direction, improve user experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, balancing market needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback gathering to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements.
  • Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate product vision and drive adoption.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Advocate for customers by understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions deliver real value to senior care providers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management at a SaaS company, preferably in a B2B or healthcare-related industry.
  • Experience in agile product development and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems through technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM, automation, or integrations with third-party software is a plus.
