The HR Intern will assist the HR department with essential functions, gaining exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in exploring a career in human resources. The position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate academic or personal obligations.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support:
· Assist with posting job advertisements on various job boards and company platforms.
· Screen resumes and coordinate initial candidate outreach to schedule interviews.
· Support recruitment efforts by maintaining candidate databases and preparing materials for interviews.

Onboarding Assistance:
· Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources for their roles.
· Participate in new hire orientation sessions, providing administrative support and answering questions.

Employee Relations Exposure:
· Shadow HR professionals in addressing employee concerns and supporting positive workplace culture initiatives.
· Assist in maintaining accurate records of employee inquiries and resolutions.
· Engage in real-time solutions for our employees

Administrative Tasks:
· Maintain and update HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
· Support special projects as assigned, including research, data analysis, and reporting on HR initiatives.

Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
· Enthusiasm for learning about HR practices and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
