Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in ensuring the seamless operation of our Configuration Centre? Signant Health is seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Supply Chain Operations Management to oversee all aspects of our Configuration Centre, drive continuous improvement, and champion operational excellence.

As Head of Supply Chain Operations Management, you will manage daily logistics, ensure budget adherence, and uphold our high standards of service and quality. Your leadership will be essential in creating a productive and motivated team, effectively managing vendor relationships, and supporting the strategic goals of the Configuration Centre.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily logistics operations, ensuring all activities meet budget, SLA, and KPI targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion best practices within Endpoint Solutions.
• Develop and maintain procedures to ensure consistency, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Act as the subject matter expert in warehouse and inventory management, resolving escalations and overseeing CAPA and Incident Reports.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure top-quality services.
• Oversee facilities to maintain safety, functionality, and compliance.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team within the Configuration Centre.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our logistics practices cutting-edge.
• Contribute to procurement and financial decisions that impact Configuration Centre operations.

What You'll Bring:

• Solid understanding of site Health & Safety requirements.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset for both internal and external clients.
• Proven cost-control skills and ability to analyse service and supply cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Extensive experience managing logistics/warehouse teams within the supply chain.
• Background in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a relevant purchasing and inventory environment.
• Experience in a leadership role with a record of team development and motivation.
