Are you ready to take on a key role in our IT team?

 

We are currently seeking a talented Service Desk (Delivery) Specialist to spearhead incident management and contribute to exciting projects. As a specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch IT support for the global end-user community, including remote workers. This involves device support and deployment, lifecycle management, end-user training, collaboration services, and administration of other business applications.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Incident management: BAU and BreakFix Tickets—Providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for the global end-user community, including remote workers. This involves device support and deployment, lifecycle management, end-user training, collaboration services, and administration of other business applications.
  • Project Contribution: Assist in deploying new services within assigned project teams.
  • Security and Compliance: Use incident logging to Work with the service security team to ensure that all end-user devices are compliant.
  • Asset Coordination: for new joiners and leavers in LATAM regions, including maintaining an accurate inventory.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as required.

 

 What You Bring:

 

  • Associate's degree in computer science or communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills are a must.  
  • At least two years of experience in End User Support.
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Bitlocker, and Defender ATP. Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11, Windows Virtual Desktops). Mac OSX
  • Knowledge of Office 365 environment, including Email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with the deployment of smartphones (Android/iOS).
  • Strong training development skills, communicating complex technical matters in an easy-to-understand way. 
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.
