Shipping, receiving and Inventory Coordinator processes all material movement including shipping and receiving of material and ensures the accuracy of the physical inventory count to the system count. Accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, and knowledge of inventory control is essential to be successful in this position.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of work orders statuses within JDE
  • Reject inventory and MRB management and disposition
  • Accurately ship and receive material as needed.
  • Cycle Counts
  • Provide feedback of prime parts and spare parts levels, unexpected spikes in usage, and outages.
  • Provide internal customers / stakeholders with accurate answers to inquiries & follow-up as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales and support to fulfil special requests.
  • Process service work orders, pull and provide inventory to technicians
  •  Process inventory data entry, inventory inquiries and sales/transfer orders creation
     within required timeframe.
  •  Provide assistance in warehouse to ensure all defective parts are identified, RMA’s are addressed with Vendors, and redeployed as needed
  • Effectively correspond with other internal departments such as Receiving, Shipping, Support, Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.
  • Keep the supervisor/manager updated on trends, occurrences, etc., that could affect the department’s performance.
  • Engage in Manufacturing and Logistics activities as assigned
    Prepare, review, and reconcile reports as assigned
  • Inspect material handling equipment for defects and notify management and/or contacts outside service facility for repair.
  • Follow warehouse safety and security procedures.
  • Minimal supervision is required
  • Daily operational decisions are expected of this position. Decisions are to be based on the best practices, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The experience and skills we value:

High School Diploma
3 to 5 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment.
