What Impact You Can Make    

Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments  

• Support during surgical procedures where company pain management devices are utilized 

• Training of surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices 
• Guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology 
• Follow-up with surgeon and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy 
• Creating therapy awareness and accelerating Cryo Nerve Block adoption through perioperative education, HCP engagement, and partnership with aligned AtriCure field teams

What You Bring          

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence  
• B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired 
• Experience working in an Operating Room, or hospital setting either through industry or clinical setting preferred, but not required 
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels 

• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing  
• Ability to travel 50%, the territory supported is WA, OR, ID, MT, AK

For this Seattle-based opportunity, the base pay range is $72,000 to $110,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g. qualifications, education, prior experience). You may also be entitled to receive bonus, car allowance, benefits and more.
