About the Job:
The Logistics Picker is responsible for retrieving, assembling, and packaging orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to safety and manufacturing guidelines.
In This Role, You Will:
- Obtain and prioritize assembled orders from the audit area
- Retrieve components to complete order as designated by scanner and order
- Return completed order to the packaging area
- Assist in packaging orders as needed
- All other duties and projects assigned.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior shipping experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
- Familiarity with Food Safety and Defense / HAACP is preferred
- Knowledge and ability to work with bar code scanner is preferred

- This is an in-office role based in Vandalia, IL
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Odyssey provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be lower or higher in different markets.
The base pay range for this position is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.
