Specifications Control Coordinator-Aerofil

Position Summary:

Review customer specifications. Create and maintain customer specification packets.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain product specifications
• Strong computer skills required
• Assign Aerofil part numbers and make an effort to determine duplicate part numbers do not get created
• Maintain obsolete files
• Create routing sheets and product structure (BOMS)
• Initiate First Article paperwork
• Prepare ATI product spec sheets and log change sheet
• Assign Action Items for information that is necessary to complete packets
• Maintain customer specification files
• Create notes in Item Master necessary for tracking purposes
• Maintain spec tracker and in routing specification packets
• Ensure pallet patterns, placards, etc. are attached 
• Continue to learn and expand knowledge of SAP system
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
