The mission we are proposing:

As an accounts payable coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to facilitate invoice processing and ensure smooth financial transactions. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the company's financial management, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

An overview of your new position

• Receive, sort, and classify invoices according to their nature and origin.
• Meticulously verify invoice details, including quantities, prices, and required documents.
• Record transactions in the designated computer system.
• Organize invoices pending payment by suppliers.
• Prepare and distribute checks for payments.
• Collaborate closely with buyers to clarify invoice-related queries.
• Ensure tracking of transactions and financial obligations at the end of each month.

You are the ideal candidate if you have

• A DEP in accounting;
• Accounting experience (an asset);
• Essential bilingual proficiency, both orally and in writing (French and English);
• Strong motivation and demonstrated ability to take initiative;
• Autonomy and resourcefulness, very important qualities;
• Good organizational skills in work;
• Great attention to detail.
