SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR I
Position Objective
Secure and connect corporate network infrastructure with a focus on Zero Trust principles.
Ensuring seamless network operations, robust security, and efficient coordination. Design and lead engineering projects to ensure seamless network connection from on-premise application to cloud service.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Network Operations Management Designing network configurations, managing and configuring network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls, and performing network maintenance.
- Zerotrust Infrastructure Oversight : Enhance and manage security policies while develop and enforce zerotrust network structure. Monitor and respond to security threats by reviewing abnormal network logs.
- Cloud Infrastructure Administration : Administer cloud environments by setting up site to site cloud network connection. Implement disaster recovery solutions and ensure cloud service performance and security.
- Corporate Communication Line Management :Oversee corporate communication systems while manage Network Operations Center activities. Coordinate and maintain network communication infrastructure across affiliate companies.
- Network address management and planning : Maintain corporate accurate network address records and resolve network connection issues.
- SQL Server/Database Administrator : Experience with SQL Server, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of SQL databases. Responsibilities include performance tuning, backup and recovery, database design, implementation, and monitoring. Work closely with developers to optimize queries and provide technical support. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Off-hours Duty: On-duty employee is required to be available and handle problems according to SOPs.
- Technology Solutions and Support : Provide technical cybersecurity knowledge and solutions to help users understand and address cybersecurity issues.
Qualifications
- Previous network or database administrator related experience is a plus.
- Master higher level skills in the specific job area.
- Experience or competence of accomplished project with significant contributions.
- Professional skills required for the tasks described in INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC JOB TASKS session.
- Applicant should possess strong logical design as well as problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Qualified candidate will also possess good knowledge of computer programming languages, computer system analysis, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills (required in English and preferred in Mandarin)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in documentation skills
- 4-year college degree required with Computer Science or MIS related majors, advanced degree preferred

- Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.
