Compensation:
- Base: $115,000 - $145,000
- Bonus: 20% Target Bonus
- Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $115,000 - $184,150 per year
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IICS Developer to design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration, support business intelligence initiatives, and contribute to the organization's digital transformation. This role requires expertise in data integration, APIs, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ETL/ELT processes and workflows using IICS to integrate data from various source systems (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, APIs).
- Responsible for meeting with source System experts to identify the appropriate sources, conduct detailed Source system analysis and processes to create a detailed data analysis report and Gaps analysis
- Responsible for meeting with Target System experts to identify the appropriate targets, conduct detailed Target system analysis and process to create a detailed data analysis report and Gaps analysis
- Responsible for Data validation, process tuning and automation of interface / data transfer processes
- Responsible for design, develop and test application interfaces using various application connectors between B2B applications.
- Responsible for design data warehouse ETL processes using IICS
- Evaluates the existing landscape and underlying data layers to provide architectural recommendations to meet business requirements.
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of our corporate websites, Mobile applications and B2B solutions Responsible for creating Wireframes
- Manage design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of organization-wide Web and mobile Application solutions.
- Manage activities to improve efficiency, stability, security and optimization of FBM’s Information Technology environment.
- Responsible for Creating detailed ETL specifications for the development team in offshore
- Responsible for Data validation, process tuning and automation of data warehouse ETL processes
- Responsible for working with offsite and offshore team members and manage their deliverables
- Leads, mentors, and supervises all Business Intelligence, Analytics Application development staff.
- Provide help in resolving issues identified by the project team
- Responsible for the design, execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls that provides reasonable assurance that services are effective, efficient and assets are safeguarded.
- Ensures that his/her skills are up-to-date on the latest tools, techniques and knowledge and that the knowledge is shared among other Business Analysts and Developers.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- 4+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including hands-on experience in Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, and Cloud Application Integration.
- Proficient in designing and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions using Informatica, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of API behavior, security, and integration, including experience sourcing data via application-delivered APIs.
- Expertise in SAP data integration projects and large database management using SQL Server.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud-based databases.
Methodologies and Tools:
- Strong practical knowledge of both traditional and agile SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, client-handling skills, and the ability to work effectively in offshore-onsite collaboration modes.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure environments.
