Compensation
- Base: $70,000 - $90,000 / Annual
- Bonus: 20% Target Bonus
- Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $70,000 - $108,900.
Position Overview
The Product Implementation Manager will manage a team of Digital Specialists in the US and Canada, to drive the deployment, promotion, and success of FBM’s eCommerce products. This role is key to ensuring seamless implementation and increasing digital market share by working closely with both internal teams and external customers. The Product Implementation Manager will have the opportunity to work with, and mentor, a dynamic team, lead impactful campaigns, and contribute to FBM’s overall growth and the success of our eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Manage and oversee team of 6-10 Digital Specialists, guiding daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide best practice direction, guidance and corrective action if necessary.
- Create and communicate goals for the Digital Specialists in collaboration with eCommerce leadership
- Hold team accountable to agreed-upon goals and tasks, which includes:
Deploy eCommerce Products and Product Updates (US & CAN):
- Oversee the deployment of FBM’s eCommerce products and updates to internal FBM branches and external customers via FBM’s outside and inside sales reps and leaders.
- Act as Primary Point of Contact within assigned FBM Regions for all matters relating to FBM’s eCommerce Products.
- Provide eCommerce-specific data, insights and opportunities to all FBM Branches, Sales Reps and Sales Leadership, within the relevant and assigned FBM Regions.
Identify and Communicate Product Defects/Enhancements:
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Product and Ops teams to address potential product defects and suggest enhancements.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the eCommerce Marketing team to solicit required support and collateral.
- Provide eCommerce product knowledge, training, and related actions during branch activations and product syndication into MyFBM.
Customer Engagement:
- Lead deep discovery conversations with customers to understand their business and purchasing processes.
- Design and implement solutions based on customers’ technical requirements and goals.
- Oversee solution execution, including technical setup, testing, change management, and solution adoption.
Communication and Risk Management:
- Communicate proposed solutions, project updates, and risks to customers and MyFBM Business Leadership.
- Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
Drive Adoption and Meet Targets:
- Accelerate spend adoption through change management activities and advise customers on best practices for using MyFBM Business solutions.
- Meet or exceed targets for customer and/or feature spend adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with sales, product, tech, and marketing teams to scale solutions that will increase customer adoption and enhance FBM’s offering.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of FBM’s general business and sales practices, and eCommerce product offerings and functionality.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a dispersed team.
- Track record of achieving performance goals within set timeframes and resources.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions for enterprise customers.
- Proven experience with change management.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to identify and capture business requirements; review deliverables; and suggest process improvements.
- Experience in researching solutions and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Capability to prepare and deliver virtual and onsite training for dealers and fleet customers.
- Excellent support skills for dealers and fleet customers.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project-related documents, including project plans, test plans, and process flow diagrams.
- Ability to provide status reports and communicate project issues to management, escalating when necessary.
- Drive overall engagement and adoption of FBM across branches and customers.
- Stay up to date on eCommerce industry trends and research technology solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed to support eCommerce efforts across the US and Canada.
