Compensation

  • Pay:  $45,000-$50,000/Annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Position Overview

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is currently seeking an experienced, flexible, and self-directed, detail-oriented Effective Price Management (EPM) Administrator Assistant to support our Ontario Branches.

EPM Administrators main role is pricing management, who are the masterful problem-solvers and are capable of multi-tasking while successfully maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers.

The EPM Team manages all aspects of pricing management, whilst provides a wide range of high-level, confidential administrative support services for branch management and staff, to support overall success of the branch. Preparing reports to assist on price management, product management, order management, rebate program management, supplier claims, and coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff. Privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product price management from buying to selling
  • Maintaining product code credibility
  • Updating and maintaining supplier pricing
  • Ensure pricing/invoicing and order controlling features are accurate across the region
  • Creating and maintaining customer awarded pricing in the system
  • Resolve discrepancies on any vendor and customer invoices
  • Calculate and process monthly rebates
  • Process and track all promotional items
  • Facilitate and collaborate with leaders across the Branches
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships within the Branch departments
  • Provides support for other Branch management, Departments, and staff
  • Completes critical aspects of daily and monthly administrative needs with a hands-on approach
  • Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Must be efficient, organized, and resourceful
  • Flexible, able to establish priorities and juggle competing tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with many different people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Sales support
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Knowledgeable use of Microsoft Office – Mainly Excel/Word, creating/converting reports on different platforms

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of Office Administrative roles, supporting Branch staff in a fast-paced environment
  • After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen.
