Position Overview

Create and revise FAB lists (materials list) in Excel and SAP system for manufacturing, shipping, delivery and installation on new residential construction.

 

Technical Responsibilities of the Job

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Review new residential construction estimates for issues compared to proposal.
  • Create detailed mechanical build sheets from layouts for manufacturing
  • Input data into Excel & SAP system for manufacturing, assembling and shipping.
  • Distribute list to plant for manufacturing, delivery, and installation in new residential buildings.
  • Provide FAB list to field supervisors, managers, and field personnel detailing materials needed for installation.
  • Receive and input into Excel & SAP systems updated FAB lists and mechanical build sheets from the field.
  • Review and resolve any issues on revised FAB lists and mechanical build sheets
  • Distribute revised as-built drawings from the field to the mechanical team
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to properly gather and distribute needed information to correct department for problem resolution.
  • Research and Input into SAP of material needed for options chosen by home owner

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience required.
  • Ability to effectively organize multiple projects in an effective manner to meet deadlines

 

Education

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
