We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Solutions Architect to join our IS team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our marketing and sales organizations, driving the creation of new products and strategies to support our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of business processes and strategies, with a focus on enabling and optimizing marketing and sales efforts. 

 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with business goals and drive organic growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and market trends.
  • Create detailed solution designs, including workflows, data models, and integration points.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on best practices for marketing and sales processes.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with technical standards.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance marketing and sales capabilities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new solutions and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on marketing and sales.
  • Strong functional knowledge of marketing and sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) is a plus.
