Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

• Operate block making machine with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain block machine daily.
• Communicate with plant manager any issues or needed repairs to keep plant running effectively.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and plant repairs as needed.
• Operate rolling equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and enjoyable work environment.
• Assist in end of shift plant cleanup.
