What’s the Impact?
As our Project Manager, you’re not just managing timelines and budgets; you’re ensuring projects are delivered with excellence, transparency, and on time. You’ll be the go-to person for both clients and internal teams, skillfully handling project risks, nurturing trust-based relationships, and playing a critical role in process improvement initiatives.
What Success Looks Like:
- Lead & Manage Projects: From kick-off through completion, ensure projects align with client expectations and company standards.
- Communication Champion: Serve as the main point of contact, keeping clients informed and satisfied with proactive, quality-driven updates.
- Problem Solver: Effectively manage escalations and lead your team through challenges with confidence.
- Budget Owner: Oversee financial aspects, from vendor services to invoicing, ensuring projects stay on budget.
- Process Innovator: Drive continuous improvement, making our processes more efficient and valuable for our clients.
The Skills You Bring:
- Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and a background in Project Management.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience using MS Office Suite.
- Organized & Decisive: You’re a multi-tasker with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Client-Centric: Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and spoken, across all levels of an organization.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in life sciences, clinical trials, or the CRO/pharma industry.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
