Coastal Carolina Hospital (CCH) is a 41-bed acute care hospital located at 1000 Medical Center Drive in Hardeeville, SC. Opened in 2004, CCH joined the healthcare system in 2007 and serves patients in Bluffton, Okatie, Hardeeville and surrounding counties through its care team of over 400 colleagues and over 70 physicians. The hospital provides many services to the community including a 24-hour emergency department, a dedicated Women’s Pavilion, and robotic-assisted minimally-invasive surgery. RN Market Float Pool and Delivery Full Time Nights Position Summary:

To provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The registered nurse also is responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering said patient care. Administers and performs specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatments for patient. The market float pool nurse will rotate facilities between Coastal Carolina Hospital and Hilton Head Hospital at the discretion of the Women’s Services Director.

RN Market Float Pool and Delivery Full Time Nights Position Requirements:

Education:

· Current State of South Carolina nursing license or licensure from another compact state with in the prescribed guidelines of the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act.

Experience:

· Minimum three (3) years acute care experience in desired specialty, to include labor and delivery or newborn nursery. Market float pool does not include postpartum experience only. Preferred experience for nursery to include one (1) year special care nursery experience.

Other Qualifications:

· Current BLS certification
