Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst

Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. This includes all Human Resources related systems, applications, programs, and processes.
Essential Job Functions:
Reports to Global Director, Associate Experience, Systems & Benefits &is member of Global People, Culture and EHS Team.
- Ensures streamlined operation of the HRIS function.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and issues from internal users, including but not limited to password resets, location changes, new hire support, entering employee properties, employee validation and approvals & workflow reviews/audits.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Train end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices to maximize system utilization.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Accountable for data integrity including testing, quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability of systems.
- Performs audits and reconciliations of monthly HRIS billing and ensures invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to HRIS systems, including but not limited to system access, data integrity, and functionality.
- Assisting the testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to suggest improvements or enhancements to HRIS systems.
- Monitor HRIS system performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
- Collaborate with HRIS team members to resolve complex issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience with information systems.
- Ceridian Dayforce or other comprehensive HRIS system experience.
- Critical HR competencies including process management, analytical skills, decision-making, problem solving, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment to organize and adjust multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in an independent work environment.
- Can always maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to master new technology and continually acquire new skills while retaining present skills.
