How will you make a difference to PMI?
PMI is looking for a mid-level professional accountable for providing strong analytical and operational support for the overall region business in target region across business areas and in cases assigned area(s). Includes B2C and channel2C. Provides regular content performance reporting, insights, and improvement recommendations to optimize all content throughout its lifecycle across formats.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Supports the regional business and its operations, leadership and team members or sub-teams to take holistic, data-and-insight driven decisions through the development of a comprehensive range of data insights and analyses – e.g., most recent customer and market insights, business and financial metrics, external and internal data points and other inputs - analysis thereof, and presentation of recommendations through consolidated insight reports.
- Utilizes information available in various parts of organization to ensure full and complete understanding of organization operations and dynamics and ensure dissemination among regional business teams on a regular basis.
- Responsible for mapping and evaluating the current data, customer experience intelligence and other insights availability and quality, identifying gaps and needs from across the regional business team and builds strong and effective relationships and works with needed internal PMI stakeholders (i.e., Strategy, Finance, Data team, CX, IT etc.) to close these gaps as regional driver.
- Works with the regional leadership to build the annual regional strategy, translates strategy into objectives and key results areas and support regular KPI tracking.
- Through best practice sharing and education aims to upskill and increase self-sufficiency in team members finding and using data available today and in the future.
- Upon request may support assigned area road map development and execution to accomplish value delivery by partnering with all functional areas & channels.
- Keeps abreast of immediate and long-term regional commitments and plans; identify conflicts, flag problems for management intervention and suggest changes as appropriate.
- Develops and sustains effective, flexible, collaborative working relationships with PMI staff, vendors, members, volunteers, and other stakeholders for effective collaboration
- Is knowledgeable and sensitive to cultural differences and ensure that all interactions are respectful, clear, and understood.
- Stays abreast of current developments and trends in area of responsibility. Exercises creativity and acumen regarding knowledge research and networking with colleagues. Provides feedback and related recommendations as applicable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills with all levels.
- Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English). Foreign language skills desired.
Role Qualifications:
- University degree in business, marketing, or related area. Advanced education desired.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-volume relationship development/service corporate environment; product experience or similar scope experience preferred.
