About the Job:

The position of Operations Manager will have primary responsibility for watching the operation of the consumer warehouses and offices. Making sure the managers, supervisors and leads follow all SOP’s that are put together in conjunction with overseeing and guiding them to be successful.

In This Role, You Will:

• Work directly with customers and carriers on any issues called out
• Ensure all data in Abecas, SAP, Google Docs, Shared drive and other customers systems are maintained by staff
• Work with staff to Maintain 100% inventory integrity which also includes accurately recording product locations, including change of locations and product flow
• Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures
• Oversee and support Managers, Supervisors and Leads
• Communicate job expectations to Managers, Supervisors and Leads
• Oversee and support managers with facility & fleet maintenance, quality audits & inspections.
• Ensure quality and safety objectives/training from Corporate HSSE are followed and completed
• Interface with Customers and act as liaison to Odyssey
• Resolve problems and track customer complaints
• Monitor quality of our services
• Monitor costs and work to minimize wherever possible
• Review daily inbound and outbound requirements for inbound, outbound loads as well as staff and machines to complete the workload
• Develop excellent, professional communication skills
• Customer Service standards 
• Managers are encouraged to learn and master Spanish 
• Computer Systems such as Microsoft 365, Abecas, SAP and others as assigned.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be accepted
• 3-5+ years' management experience in a Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center environment required
• 3-5+ years handling inventory / operational tasks
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
