Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for representing OEC and the manufacturers we work with, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing Customers, whilst achieving sales growth.
Job Duties:
- Make outbound sales calls to customers.
- Take inbound calls from customers and handle enquiries.
- Achieve personal KPI‘s and objectives with target Customers.
- Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific goals.
- Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within Customer base.
- Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activities.
- Collate feedback from customer base on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Be a confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environment (not essential).
- Focused on providing a great Customer service experience.
- Have the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Preferable to have automotive industry experience but not required.
- Results orientated.
- IT literate with knowledge of MS Excel.
