Job Purpose

Kofax software enables organizations to Work Like Tomorrow™—today. The Partner -Relationship Manager establishes, develops and maintains strong professional relationships with Kofax’s key global strategic partner. As a vital element of the Channel Sales team, the Partner Relationship Manager works closely with the Kofax Sales team and Channel Program Team to build and grow a successful pipeline of alliance revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship and business development of selected/assigned Office Equipment manufacturer and strategic partners worldwide.
  • Align with partners to ensure all parties are driving towards to targets and partnership commitments.
  • Understand and internally communicate the partner’s market direction, sales proposition, and strategic initiatives such that Kofax can be best placed to support the partners, ultimately driving mutual success.
  • Engage Kofax cross-functional teams to deliver partner training, marketing and enablement programs.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of partner and Kofax operational practices to ensure smooth everyday business activities from pre-sales and quoting through to end customer deployment and success.
  • Actively engage regional sales team in planning and sales engagement with partners
  • Assist in driving revenue – both near term and long-term opportunities – with strategic partners.
  • Drive regular business reviews to identify and discuss what’s working and realignment were needed, to continue a successfully relationship.
  • Flexible working hours required on occasions, to attend virtual meetings/calls with partners in different regions of the world.
  • Travel will be required.

Supporting the Global Partner Program initiatives

  • Creating and executing a strategic partner plan focused on demand creation, sales growth, and partner development
  • Keeping current with Kofax product information including sales materials, product roadmaps, product features, use cases and applications, competition and disseminating such to partners as appropriate
  • Implementing channel program initiatives and activities with managed channel partners
  • Travel when necessary to strategic partner events and meetings to build relationship and represent Kofax.
  • Working closely with newly recruited partners to quickly make them sales-ready.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Channel/Partner Relationship Manager, Sales Engineer or Account Executive in the software or a related technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in sales, vendor management, channel partner management
  • Experience with both direct and channel sales models
  • Experience working with Cognitive Document Automation and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies preferred
  • Technical knowledge of enterprise capture and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) product capabilities preferred
  • Understanding Intelligent Automation, capture, print and output management market place and competitive landscape
  • Understanding of Kofax Software solutions and value propositions for ControlSuite, Equitrac, AutoStore, Output Manager, eCopy, PDF, RPA, Total Agility, SignDoc, ReadSoft.
  • Experience working with Office Equipment vendors and their channel of sale
  • Presenting and meeting with senior Executives

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Strong written, verbal, presentations and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to produce data driven analytics and reporting, from which to draw business observations and future strategic planning
  • Capable of forming cross function virtual teams including marketing, training, product, sales and management.
