Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Kdc/one is currently hiring at our Groveport, Ohio location. As part of the kdc/one network, we are the leading best-in-class producer of beauty and personal care products! Our Groveport location is accessible with an easy commute located on RT. 33/Hamilton Rd.  

The PM Coordinator is responsible for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) parts supply purchasing and inventory used to maintain and repair equipment to effectively maximize equipment uptime, maintain an organized, identifiable, and accessible physical inventory of spare parts for production equipment, and maintain the CMMS to schedule PMs, work orders, and special equipment repairs.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Comprehensive knowledge of plant maintenance principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing work order programs.
• Knowledge of SAP and PM work order functions, required.
• Experience in spare parts inventory control.
• Five plus years of experience in the maintenance or operation of equipment within a manufacturing environment, liquid fill environment preferred, and at least five years of experience as a PM planner.

 This position is responsible for: 

• Equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
• Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Maintains equipment information and repair files.
• Builds and maintains library for repairs.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects.
• Ability to perform inspections and adjustments as necessary.
• Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems.
• Establishes a parts identification system that is easy to use and keeps a minimum balance of parts necessary to run operations.
• Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
