What You'll Do

As our Youth Sports Program Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of creating engaging sports experiences. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Lead and organize exciting youth and adult sports programs, like cheer, dance, and summer sports camps.
• Teach clinics and develop new activities to keep participants motivated and involved.
• Supervise and energize staff and volunteers, creating a supportive team atmosphere.
• Handle key administrative tasks, like scheduling and managing records.
• Stay informed on the latest sports trends and incorporate them into programs.

Who Should Apply?

If you’re 18 or older and eager to develop leadership skills, this role could be perfect for you. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Loves working with people, especially kids, and has a positive, energetic attitude.
• Is organized and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage program details.
• Is open to learning and committed to safety—ready to complete necessary certifications like CPR and First Aid.
