Who we are looking for
The Operations Specialist position is part of Crisis24's Protective Solutions team within the 24/7 Security Operations Centre, London. The Operations Centre team conducts all operational logistic planning and administrative tasks required to execute global security requests from EMEA clients.
The ideal candidate must be able to commit to a mix of office-based day shifts, late shifts, night shifts, and weekend work.
Candidates are required to understand Crisis24 Protective Solution services and products, which include Executive Close Protection, Secure Transportation, Residential Security, Event Security, TSCM, and Surveillance.
Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, security teams, and global vendors and ensuring well-organized project administration that complies with Crisis24's high-quality control standards. Operation Specialists conduct daily monitoring of live tasks and record data correctly within a case management system (Salesforce). Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have a strong aptitude for communication and analytical thinking.
What you will work on
• Evaluate requests from clients and prepare services using our case management system.
• Prepare cost estimates and Statement of Work contracts.
• Prepare client detail briefs which include details of the planned schedule and team information.
• Monitor live tasks and acknowledge information received from the security team and clients, escalating incidents to senior management teams when required.
• Respond to Crisis24 security teams when they request additional support globally.
• Communicate with Global Vendors and resource for tasks appropriately.
• Ensure projects adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Be able to problem solve resolution activities for all Operational issues.
• Be able to understand project finances and review invoices.
• Ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed and compliance with all national and regional Operational directives, laws and requirements is satisfactory.
• Track all projects to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Work closely with different departments within Crisis24.
• Monitor and adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client assets and personnel.

Who you will work with
You will work with the Protective Solutions Team and report to the Operations Centre Manager. You will often work alongside other Operation Specialists and complete tasks for the Director, Vice President and Managing Director.
What you will bring
Requirements:
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Three plus (3+) years of experience in an Operational environment.
• Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills (preferred).
• SIA CP badge (preferred).
• Industry and business acumen.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while establishing effective relationships, collaborating with peers and clients.
• Successful client management experience.
• Local or reasonable travel distance to Central London.
