Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for our Private Strategic Group Division. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business goals and foster a diverse and exclusive workforce. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of building high-performing recruitment teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
What You Will Work On
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Anticipate future talent needs and proactively build pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent acquisition matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Design and implement efficient and effective recruitment processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and manage key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Oversee the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Develop and enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, associations, and schools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all departments.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least five years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
