Job Description, Qualifications and Experience
 

Summary

Crisis24 is looking for Quality Control Specialists to check the quality of services, including the logistics of all operations. This job involves tasks such as reviewing all communication and documents prior to the start of the operations, during the project, and after the operations have ended. This is a fast paced environment and DETAIL is of the upmost importance. This job is well suited to people with an eye for detail.

Essential Functions*

· Perform compliance activities and enforce compliance plans in support of the Operations Department

· Ensure the operational practices remain in compliance with all SOP already established

· Support with all regulatory and licensing requirements in accordance with company, state, and federal regulations

· Providing training in compliance practices and procedures

· Writing, analyzing, and overseeing SOP and SLA

· Facilitate implementation of process control systems

· Provide process improvement know how, methods and conceptual expertise to teams

· Identify issues and discrepancies on each step on the operations and providing opportunities for the quality improvement of the services

· Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on data integration for online reports across multiple clients

· Read and generate QC reports that will include Root Cause Analysis, Timeline Reports, and Non-conforming Service Reports

· Communicate issues promptly to other team members to ensure that corrective action can be taken to deliver content on a strict schedule

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, scanners, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position is a non-Exempt position, as determined by the Fair Labor Standards Act. Regular full-time working hours equate to 40 hours each week.
 

Travel

This position does not require routine travel.
 

Education and Experience

· More than 5 years’ work experience in a relevant industry

· At least 3 years of experience as a regulatory compliance specialist, or similar

· At least 3 years of experience in an Operational or Logistics environment is required

· At least 3 years of experience with ISO processes and procedures is required

· A bachelor’s degree from an accredited school is preferred

· Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills are preferred

· Military experience is preferred

· An Associate or high school diploma is required

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $27.00 -$30.00 /hr.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts: 

4 days a week and 1 weekend day (1600 - 1200)

4 days a week and 1 weekend day (0400 - 1200)

5 days per week (M-F 1200 - 0400)
