We are currently seeking a 2^nd shift Parts and Logistics Team Leader at our Jonesboro location. You will be responsible for leading a production team in such a manner to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams in a warehouse environment and will have knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedules and shipment dates to coordinate the work activities of the team
• Maintain strong communication with employees, other Team Leaders and Management
• Maintain safety and quality procedures
• Maintain required materials for assigned areas with inventory control in mind
• Assign individuals to specific job tasks
• Demonstrate job duties to workers and observe the performance of workers in the production team to ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations
• Keep supervisors apprised of issues related to performance, which could result in production delays
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft applications
• Proven leadership and team management

Education

High School Diploma or GED required
