The Digital Solutions team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

About the Role:
As a Senior Digital Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes, gather requirements, and propose efficient and effective solutions and/or business process improvements. Your expertise in both business and technology will be essential in driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
In this role, you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through conducting in-depth process analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to discern business process improvement opportunities versus systems design/enhancement requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and functional designs.

Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and data models, to facilitate system development and implementation.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate system functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues as well as perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness.

Assist in change management activities by providing user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with business users to define and implement change management strategies, including user adoption plans and support mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.

Collaborate with business users to define and implement streamlined workflows and best practices.
- Continuously monitor system performance and propose enhancements as needed.
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and successful implementation of system changes.

Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- 4 or more years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
- 4 or more years of experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred). Will consider similar enterprise level CRM.
Our ideal candidate will also:

Have experience in Digital applications such as ecommerce, mobile commerce, etc. (preferred).
- Have distribution industry experience (wholesale distribution a plus).

Possess additional certifications in business analysis or project management.
- Have a proven track record analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering IT solutions.

Have experience with project management methodologies and tools (preferred).
- Possess a strong understanding of business operations, processes, and best practices.

Be familiar with business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.

Be proficient in utilizing software tools for requirements management, such as JIRA or Confluence (highly desirable).
- Possess a solid understanding of enterprise systems, software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.

Have knowledge of relational databases, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Be familiar with agile methodologies and software development practices.
- Have excellent analytical skills and be able to critically evaluate complex information, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions.

Have strong problem-solving abilities to address system issues and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Possess the strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships, facilitate workshops, and lead discussions.
- Be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Possess a meticulous attention to detail in documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and tracking project deliverables.

Possess the strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Be able to understand and align with business goals and strategies.
- Be familiar with industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends.
