Learning Center Specialist

The Learning Center team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Learning Center Specialist.
This is a fully remote position, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement at our Lafayette Hill, PA office for local candidates. Applicants may be based anywhere within the United States.

About the Role:
You will:
- Optimize the training, development, and life-long learning needs of all Hajoca teammates, collaborating with the Learning Center team, Hajoca leaders, and external vendor partners to assess, develop, and deliver training that improves performance and achieves business goals.
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs for all teammates.
- Facilitate/Moderate annual virtual workshops for New Managers and Management Trainees, and other virtual sessions as requested.
- Guide and instruct virtual session facilitators on best practices to deliver content to optimize learner participation and learning transfer.
- Coordinate training workshops including virtual classroom and occasional face-to-face sessions.
- Maintain responsibility for virtual platform technical support.
- Maintain and distribute workshop agendas, attendee rosters, evaluations, surveys, and pre-/post-workshop assignments.
- Engage facilitators securing schedules, developing content, and leading dry run sessions to ensure a world-class learning experience.
- Function as primary point of contact for vendors, facilitators, and workshop participants.
- Create on-demand and virtual courses, curricula, tasks, and activities in the Learning Center.
- Support value selling and vendor sponsored training program administration.
- Support interdepartmental training initiatives advising and assisting with training content and resource creation and best delivery methods.
- Maintain and create teammate role-based learning paths based on competencies and business needs.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to alert teammates to available training and development opportunities.
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders, facilitators, and learners to ensure the right content is delivered in the right way. Review, share, and incorporate feedback to enhance future sessions.
- Stay current with adult learning and development methods, eLearning tools and techniques, and virtual presentation best practices.
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
- 2 or more years of experience in training and development or human resources
- 1 or more years of experience in virtual session facilitation and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
Our ideal candidate will also:
- Possess leadership qualities and be viewed as a leader.
- Be able to train and mentor co-workers and session facilitators.
- Have experience with Learning Management Systems, virtual meeting tools, and eLearning authoring tools. Experience using Saba LMS and Articulate 360 is a plus.
- Be able to coordinate all aspects of project and annual event planning, management, and execution.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Be able to work effectively across all levels of the business and maintain positive working relationships.
- Be able to manage several complex projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effectively use Microsoft Office 365 to communicate via email, plan, create, and review reports, surveys, and documents.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Be able to demonstrate numerical and logical reasoning skills.
- Be able to learn and operate the computer related systems used in the Learning Center.
- Be able to work effectively in a remote environment using remote communication and collaboration methods.
