The Marketing Communications team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for an Internal Communications Lead at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

About the Role: 

    You will: 

  • Drive Hajoca’s internal engagement strategy enhancing the way teammates connect, collaborate, and stay informed.

  • Develop and execute communication initiatives while managing and optimizing our company intranet, The Hub, as the heart for information and engagement.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with Hajoca’s goals and values.

  • Create compelling messaging and content to engage teammates across multiple channels, including email, newsletters, video, and all teammate meetings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.

  • Measure the impact of communications and adjust strategies based on data and employee feedback.
  • Own the strategy, content, and day-to-day management of the Hub, ensuring it is a dynamic, user-friendly, and relevant platform for employees.

  • Maintain and update content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and engagement across all pages.
  • Partner with departments to develop intranet pages that support key business functions and initiatives.

  • Drive employee adoption and engagement with the intranet through creative campaigns and regular enhancements.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.

  • Perform other reasonably related duties and/or projects as assigned and required.  

 

About You: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, journalism, English, marketing, digital media, or related field. 

  • 3 or more years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, training, or another related field. 
 

Our ideal candidate will also: 

  • Have experience with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media and website creation. 

  • Have experience managing an intranet or digital workplace platform (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, etc.).
  • Possess strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

  • Be able to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understand analytics and be able to measure communication effectiveness.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and design or video-editing tools.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail and deadline-oriented, and take initiative. 

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic-thinking, organizational, project management, and presentation skills. 

  • Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a decentralized environment. 
  • Be able to collaborate with all areas of the organization, and to provide exceptional service both internally and externally. 

  • Act as a voice of the organization in a media-driven environment, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion at all times.
  • Be self-motivated, highly flexible, and a fast learner.
