Finance Analyst Supply Chain
Purpose:
The Finance Analyst will support the Finance Business Partner and key stakeholders stakeholders through timely and accurate insights necessary for informed decision making within the Business Units, value add data analysis, supporting growth projects, providing visibility on cost drivers and execution of plans and projections.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Support Finance Business Partner in the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, financial and ad-hoc analysis in collaboration with plant and commercial teams.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regional requirements.
- Cost Management and Optimization: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas to optimize costs, cost reduction and improve efficiencies.
- Profitability Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify area for improvements up to OI level.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.
- Standard Costing: Establish and update standard costs for materials, labour and overhead as required.
- Automation and simplification: Support standardization projects, through insights in process efficiencies and be a contact point to perform ad hoc requests in time.
- Collaboration: Provide support and guidance to the operations and commercial teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, development and high performance.

- Previous knowledge/experience of the food production industry is desirable but not essential
- You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a finance field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience is desirable
