Business Intelligence Leader
Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers. While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world’s best-known companies.

Core mission as Finance Business Intelligence is to Prepare all monthly and quarterly financial reports presentations to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team by bringing insight to decision-making, improving visibility on the cost drivers, adding financial acumen into the strategic initiatives as well the day to day activities.
This position will report Directly to Global FP&A, and will be leading the finance reporting factory of Griffith Foods |

1. |
Business Partnering– Strategically partner with the sustainability Leadership Team in achieving targets & driving profitable through in-depth analyses, sharing of key insights (standard and ad-hoc reporting) |

From Insight to Action– Building & sharing the story behind the numbers, propose recommendations, align corrective actions with Finance leadership |
3. |
Financial planning– Includes forecasting, estimates and supporting the strategic direction for the corporation and developing these into short (Forecast), medium (Budget) and long-term plans (LRP). Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Global requirements. |

Process Improvement– Be source of proposals regarding existing reporting improvement, automatization and simplification in alignment with regional head of finance, and IT partners |
5. |
Collaboration: Provide support and training to the finance ecosystem for reporting and tools. Foster a culture of collaboration, development and high performance. |

FP&A Experience - The successful candidate will be a hands-on, operationally oriented finance leader with a proven track record in manufacturing-based environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in finance roles within manufacturing environment. with an exposure to Executive leadership.v Functional Expertise - This individual should possess excellent financial skills, with the ability to detect trends from financial statements and provide analysis to company managers to improve their decision-making ability. Systems Experience - Expert level skills with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Additional ability to navigate and extract data from ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), data warehouses, and BI / Tableau reporting. Fluency in English is mandatory. Travel - Willingness to travel regularly +-50% of the time.
