What You Will Accomplish Here…

Our customers are manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the Gambling industry. This is a customer service/sales-focused position and a natural fit for someone who thrives on helping clients solve problems and providing them with sustainable value. You will consult directly with clients to identify their needs and provide viable, efficient solutions resulting in high levels of client trust and lasting relationships. This position would focus on fostering and maintaining business relationships with assigned and new clients.

 

This position will effectively support the client services team and ultimately our clients by focusing on the following: 

  • Meets with regulatory clients to develop relations and determine opportunities for regulatory development and services.
  • Meets with regulatory and supplier clients to negotiate and secure business and maintain relationships
  • Delivers sales presentations to clients
  • Project management with close interaction with the engineering and compliance departments to secure customer satisfaction and client success
  • Maintains a strong understanding of gaming regulations, processes, and procedures
  • Also, research in a daily basis on all legislation and newspaper articles that have any effect or impact on gaming, lottery and voting testing.  Communicate analysis of these and other related items effectively and accurately to the appropriate personnel.  Include perspectives of items that affect GLI.
  • Main contact between client and the training coordinator for in-service training classes both in GLI offices and at client locations
  • Maintains a strong understanding of GLI Services, Tools and Training offerings
  • Forecasts client activity and plans accordingly to achieve goals set by management
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs
  • Develops and implements visitation and contact schedule for assigned territory clients
  • Maintains CRM information on assigned clients. Forward any change in client contact information to the Development administrative assistant(s) so they may update the database accordingly. 
  • Maintains records of all visits and telephone contacts of the assigned regulatory clients within CRM on a weekly basis.  Notes will include a detailed description and analysis of all discussions, conversations and plans of action. 
  • Generates reports, as required
  • Translations for in house use are expected.
  • Participates in tradeshows and/or regulatory conferences, when necessary
  • Ensures clients are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent in a related field is required
  • Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing to a high degree in English. 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience required in Gaming, Marketing, Sales or customer service required
  • 3-5 years previous sales/development experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer interface skills
  • Ability to create and develop presentations for small and large groups of clients
  • Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients/prospective clients
  • Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
  • Ability to travel through assigned territories internationally, as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated, pro-active self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport
  • May be required to obtain gaming regulatory licensing, where applicable
