What You Will Accomplish Here…
Our Engineering team at GLI tests gambling systems against required regulations. But before a certification goes out to our clients, our Document Review Specialists as part of our Quality Assurance team, reviews the information in a precise and efficient manner. This position is an ideal fit for someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment to enhance organizational effectiveness. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with our global team and utilize problem-solving skills and attention to detail to support cross-functional initiatives and detail to drive efficiency.
This position will effectively support the Quality Assurance (QA) team by focusing on the following:
- Learns and maintains an understanding of the certification process.
- Review’s engineering documentation and verifies required information.
- Builds and maintains knowledge of specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction.
- Troubleshoots various issues by utilizing documentation and researching previous submissions, as necessary.
- Utilizes a file tracking system and other systems to process QA issue reports.
- Uses a report generating tool or report template(s) for generating draft certifications.
- Finalizes certifications by making any necessary changes, uploading the final reports for archival, and pushing the reports out to approved status in our database.

Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred, but not required.
- Business School or Legal Assistant Certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or legal field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients/prospective clients.
- Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
Location: On-site in our Lakewood, NJ HQ Office
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: $44,390K Annually ($21.34 /hr)
